Our executive chef flew to Cebu, Philippines to learn how to make authentic Crispy Pig known as the Lechon. There are two different ways to cook lechon as a Whole Roasted Pig or a Crispy Pork Belly that includes the crunch skin. We are the only company that has created multiple flavors for pork belly.
