Preparation Explained: Our Whole Roasted Pigs are one of a kind in Las Vegas vs. oven roasted pigs. It takes over 8 hours to prepare and cook our pigs with over 80 lbs of charcoal. We manually spin the pigs to make sure that the pig is cooked evenly. We stuff our pigs with Green Onions, Garlic, Onions, Bay Leaves, Peppercorn, and our signature paste rub that flavors the meat inside. Furthermore, we will baste the pig with Avocado Oil and our garden secret basting sauce.
